A big congratulations to the 30 participants who completed the Introductory Referee Course 2025 at the Northern Mariana Islands Soccer Training Center (NMISTC). Guided by dedicated referee instructors Davy Laxa and Russelle Zapanta, these aspiring referees took an important step in learning the rules, responsibilities, and challenges of officiating the game.
